Our River City Half Marathon, 5k & 10k – Salado Creek event has been updated to a Virtual Race.

Due to the rising amount of Coronavirus cases in San Antonio, and the uncertainty of an early September race, we have proactively changed this event to a virtual race option only.  We didn’t make this decision lightly and are extremely disappointed that we can’t see everyone in person.

We want to keep you safe and believe this is the best way to do it.  Thank you SO MUCH for your understanding.

Custom Event Tech Shirts: Please register by Sunday, August 30th to guarantee your shirt size!
***We will be ordering extra shirts, however participants who sign up after August 30th aren’t guaranteed a shirt.***

After painful consideration, we have changed the River City Half Marathon, 5k & 10k to be held virtually. We have put off this decision, hoping the Coronavirus numbers in San Antonio would go down, but they are still lingering.  Due to the fear of the unknown, an event in early September is questionable.  We would rather make the update now, rather than being forced to later.

By registering for the race, you will still receive an AWESOME tech shirt, Bib and Finisher’s medal!  If you registered for the Leon Creek virtual race as well, you will receive an additional “Challenge Finisher’s Medal” as well.

All registrations and purchases are final. There will be no refunds or transfers. Thank you for understanding.
